I have seen Dr. Bolon for more years than I can count as an internist and cardiologist. I cannot think of a Dr that is more attentive, kind, smart and non reactive. He is thorough like no other, responds to emails, etc. immediately and works with your other drs as needed. I saw a review on here of someone who saw him for many years and then gave him a low rating due to Medicare. Dr. Bolon was happily taking Medicare until they gave him all kinds of problems...had they not, he would still be taking it. Now on Medicare I still choose to see him. If there's one Dr. I'm going to pay out of pocket for it is Dr. Bolon. I have the utmost trust and confidence in him.

I was in the care of a big cardiology practice for months but never felt a personal connection with the multiple different doctors I saw. In addition, the information I got didn't resonate with I what I learned on my own regarding nutrition and other things. So I searched high and low for another doctor with a different approach.
Thankfully, I came across Dr. Bolon during my search and felt his practice would be right for me. I have since seen Dr Bolon 3 times and couldn't be happier. His approach to nutrition is the polar opposite to what I was told and more in line with what my understanding is. He took at look at my history and came up with a plan that has calm my anxiety and giving me confidence in what I can do physically. Previous VERY satisfied patient. Dr. Bolon is a wonderful physician, other staff great as well. BUT, one day before a scheduled yearly check-up after 2 previous years of effective and thorough cardiac assessment and testing, I was very unexpectedly told that Dr. Bolon will no longer accept Medicare for his senior patients. Fortunately, a great staff member saw my appointment and status of using Medicare as my Primary coverage. I had to cancel the appointment and can no longer see Dr. Bolon. Had I attended the scheduled appointment, I would have incurred a very unexpected big bill!!! Check out Dr. Bolon's insurance before you make an appointment with him. Senior patients, no more Dr. Bolon for you, how sad and terrible the doctor chose not to continue treating us seniors.
